Hi! I’m Alex, and I am excited to welcome you to Coco & Cream. I am a registered dietitian living in Seattle, Washington and I wholeheartedly believe there is room for dessert every day!

My love for food started at an early age when my mom simplified a recipe that I could make for my family for dinner. From there I developed my skills by taking cooking classes with friends–I even went to cooking camp over the summer (you gotta start somewhere). During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was required to go into work every day. As stress relief on the weekends and an activity to do on my own, I started baking treats that I could share with my coworkers. There's an inexplicable happiness that comes from seeing the delight on someone's face as they take their first bite of a meticulously crafted treat.

In my free time, I bleed orange and green as I cheer on my alma mater, the University of Miami, and this spirit is conveyed in the colors chosen for my brand. Yet the biggest inspiration comes from my Siamese cat, Coco. She’s always perched on a window sill observing me while I’m in the kitchen baking.

What was once a mere hobby has blossomed into a significant part of who I am today. Whether it's warm gooey chocolate chip cookies, a mouthwatering slice of marbled cake, or a spoonful of homemade granola, the magic lies in sharing these creations with others. I am happy to introduce you to Coco & Cream, Baked Goods by Alex.
